Earl Ridlen is a manager in the firm’s
accounting, auditing and tax areas. He
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Franklin College. He has been in public accounting since 2001.
Earl has audited, reviewed, and compiled
financial statements for organizations in the manufacturing, retail, service
and wholesale trades. He has also
performed audit and tax services in several areas of the non-profit sector
including but not limited to country clubs, low-income housing, and rural
electric companies. He also has
extensive experience in the audits of defined contribution benefit plans. In addition, Earl has prepared various
federal and state tax returns including corporations, partnerships,
not-for-profit and individual. He has
also reviewed exhibits in matters involving gas cost adjustment filings. In addition Earl has worked with many small
business clients and closely held businesses performing tax services and
advisory services.
Earl is a Certified Public Accountant and is
licensed to practice in Indiana. He is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Indiana CPA Society.
Responsibilities include the supervision of
financial audits of utility companies, as well as other for profit and
not-for-profit clients. He prepares,
supervises, and reviews audit and tax engagements for a wide variety of
industries and clients.
