Bonnie is a principal in the Municipal and Utility Services Department of London Witte Group.  She has been with the firm since 1988.  Her responsibilities include the preparation of rate studies, patronage capital studies, power tracker implementation, cash flow modeling and other general utility consulting.  She prepares and supervises the compilation of historical and forecasted financial statements, audited financial statements for entities in multiple industries, arbitrage rebate calculations, trains and supervise staff accountants in regulatory proceedings including requests for rate relief, and serves as the firm’s quality control officer. 

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Butler University and has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and public utility regulation.

She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Indiana.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, where she has served as the chair of the Utilities Committee, and is a past-president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants.
