LONDON WITTE GROUP SIGNAGE RELIGHTS THE NORTH MERIDIAN
STREET SKYLINE

INDIANAPOLIS (June 5, 2009) – London Witte Group, LLC (“LWG”), a local certified
public accounting firm, relit the near north side skyline Thursday evening with the placement
and lighting of its signage on the south façade of its headquarters at One Independence
Center (1776 North Meridian Street).

The building, the former headquarters of Grain Dealers Mutual Insurance Company was
further transformed this week with replacement of the iconic Grain Dealers signage with that
of London Witte Group’s. The expansion of the evening lit skyline within the Near North
Development Area is a sign of the continuing rebirth of the long-time business district.
“For decades the red lettered Grain Dealers signage served as a beacon and landmark for
individuals traveling north on Meridian or Illinois Streets” said Richard Salewicz, LWG’s
Managing Partner. “Our ability to now serve as that landmark is but another step in the longtermgrowth plan of our firm and the redevelopment of our home - One Independence
Center.”

The Indianapolis-based firm, which has had a presence in the city since the early 1970s,
began moving its headquarters from One American Square to the new location in late
December.

London Witte Group joins WFYI, Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy in the effort to enhance the
midtown area’s potential as a vibrant business district.
